So, continuous improvement to me is the key of performance management. That's why performance management exists. It's that idea of the continuous dynamic learning, positive feedback loop that you put in place. And if you think of it, whatever you do in your day-to-day life, that's what you apply to yourself. Whatever you do, you learn from what you're doing, and you make adjustment to get better and better. That's what we're trained to do at the organization level for our programs, to improve the services that we provide to our youth.
